Use of Motor Results in Ban and Fine for a Belgian Cyclist

Riding for her national team in a cyclocross race in January, Femke van den Driessche, 19, was found to have a small motor and battery in the frame of her bike that was controlled by a switch hidden under its handlebar tape.
