Sports Briefing | Horse Racing: Quarantine Is Lifted at New Mexico Racetrack
Racehorses can come and go at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino because of the lifting of livestock quarantine that had been in place for weeks because of an equine herpes outbreak that infected dozens of horses.
