Roundup: Boston’s Pablo Sandoval Loses Job at Third
The Red Sox said third baseman Pablo Sandoval, in the second year of a five-year, $95-million deal, would begin the season on the bench, in favor of Travis Shaw, who made his big league debut in 2015.
