N.F.L. Roundup: N.F.L. Says Teams Will Have to Return Improper Military Payments
In a letter to Sen. John McCain and Sen. Jeff Flake, Commissioner Roger Goodell said that the N.F.L. was conducting an audit of all contracts between the league’s 32 teams and various branches of the military.
