Guy V. Lewis, Coach of Houston’s Phi Slama Jama Teams, Dies at 93

Lewis coached the Cougars for 30 years, with Final Four appearances in 1967 and 1968, but he is best remembered for his squads of the 1980s and their thunderous style of play.
