N.F.L. Roundup: Giants to Test Jason Pierre-Paul in Practice

Paul lost his right index finger in a fireworks accident on July 4. The team will look at his stamina and his ability to play with the injury, and if all goes well, he may be on the field against Tampa Bay on Sunday.
