Schleck Wins Brutal Stage at Vuelta a España
Fränk Schleck won the mountainous 16th stage, and Joaquim Rodríguez leapfrogged Fabio Aru at the top of the overall standings. But Tom Dumoulin had perhaps the most impressive performance.
