Flames Coach Bill Peters Resigns After Being Accused of Using Racial Slur

Akim Aliu said Peters “dropped the N bomb” against him a decade ago while Aliu was playing in the minor leagues. Peters apologized in a letter to the team manager on Wednesday. He resigned on Friday.
