New York City to Pay N.B.A.’s Thabo Sefolosha $4 Million to End False-Arrest Suit

Mr. Sefolosha, of the Atlanta Hawks, agreed to settle his federal lawsuit against five police officers he said had used excessive force against him outside a Manhattan nightclub in April 2015.
