Mets’ Owners to Begin Paying Settlement Owed in Madoff Fraud Case

Fred Wilpon and Saul Katz are to pay $16 million this week and $45 million and interest over the next four years to the trustee representing the victims of Bernard L. Madoff and his Ponzi scheme.
