Sports Briefing | Olympics: I.O.C. Backs Russian Reforms
Thomas Bach, the president of the International Olympic Committee, said Saturday that he was confident that Russia would enact the necessary antidoping reforms in time for its track and field athletes to be cleared to compete in next year’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
