Scotty Stirling, Former N.B.A. and Team Executive, Dies at 86
Mr. Stirling served as a vice president of the league, as the longtime scouting director of the Sacramento Kings and as the general manager of the Knicks and championship teams in the American Football League and the American Basketball Association.
