N.H.L. Roundup: New Star Rallies Sabres; New Rule Dooms Them
Jack Eichel, the Sabres’ 18-year-old rookie center, scored a power-play goal to bring a 3-1 victory over the Senators, after his teammate’s goal was disallowed.
