N.F.L. Roundup: In Unusual Move, N.F.L. Suspends Official for Clock Error
The side judge Rob Vernatchi was suspended for one game for not noticing an 18-second runoff in the fourth quarter of Pittsburgh’s victory at San Diego on Monday night.
