German Official Leaves Unanswered Questions Over 2006 World Cup Cash
German soccer chief Wolfgang Niersbach said on Thursday he could not fully explain a payment of 6.7 million euros ($7.5 million) to the sport's governing body FIFA, a year before Germany hosted the 2006 World Cup.
