TV Sports: Voice From Past Adds Its Timbre to Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao Fight
HBO’s Jim Lampley, who will call the Pacquiao-Mayweather title bout, was influenced by the style of Don Dunphy, who called about 2,000 fights from 1941 to 1981. Dunphy’s son, Bob, is to direct the HBO-Showtime broadcast Saturday.
